On October 1st James M Brown concluded the acquisition of  Multicel  Pigmentos  becoming  the  major  producer of Cadmium Pigments worldwide.Both companies will follow their   own  strategies  independently  but  together  have more  investment  capacity  and  raw material purchasing power.No  changes  in manufacturing techniques, product lines and production location are expected.
